How safe is my capital with off-plan projects?+

In the UAE, off-plan purchases are legally protected by escrow law. All payments go into a government-regulated escrow account, not directly to the developer. In case of insolvency your funds are protected. We also vet every developer through our 50-point check.

Can foreigners buy property in the UAE?+

Yes. In the designated freehold zones foreigners can acquire and register property in their own name. This applies equally to Dubai, Abu Dhabi and RAK. We guide you through the entire legal process.

What happens if construction is delayed?+

Delays are possible. That is why we assess each developer's historical delivery record as part of our 50-point check. For significant delays, buyers have legal claims — we represent your interests on the ground.

What ongoing costs arise after purchase?+

Typical ongoing costs are: service charge (1–3% of property value p.a.), property management fee (8–10% of rental income if outsourced) and possibly insurance. No income tax on rental income in the UAE.

How does the Golden Visa work?+

From an investment value of AED 2 million (approx. EUR 500,000) you can apply for the 10-year UAE investor visa. It covers you and your family and allows unlimited entry and exit. We support the entire process.
